Ok, Let's see. I've gone back and added the Win photo to the blog about Taylor's win in San Diego. Kristi and Susan, check it out! It is a beautiful photo. I think that post is called ra, ra, ra, Taylor, or something like that!!

I've also gone back and added photos from Friday and Saturday to the prior Bakersfield post. And then here are photos from today, as well as some fun photos from the hotel room.

Included in the photos are some of Michaela Fornari with Arwen, Caryl Mercy with Oliver, and a nice shot that shows most of the bitches in today's Open Bitch class. Taylor placed 3rd in that large class. She looked great and we were proud of her!

We are in Bakersfield

I have some videos from the first couple of days at Bakersfield, but at this moment am just attaching the one from Saturday with Kelly on Taylor so Kristi and Susan can see what a good girl she was.

I also have a video of random Barbara on Hardy from Friday, as well. She did a nice job.I'll add it at some point. It was during Sweeps.

Kelly is wearing the very bright pink jacket and the video starts off with her going first, as that is what happened.

Here are a bunch of shots from Friday and Saturday at the show. Some are from Sweeps, some from classes. Hardy was on Taylor in Sweeps, but Kelly in the classes. You'll also see a lovely, lovely young girl with her pretty bitch, which is Michaela Fornari and Taylor's sister, Arwen!!

Puppies CAN slow down

Here are a couple of shots of quieter moments. Taylor often chases Meadow, but doesn't mouth her as Hardy does. In this one shot, all three are hanging out in the bathroom, where both doggies have decided they like to sleep at night. Meadow has joined them, because there is a water bowl in there, and I had just added fresh water.

The other photo is on the back steps, during nap time.

Where is the very BEST place?

Taylor has been trying to figure out the VERY best place to sleep. Over the last couple of days we thought she had selected the armchair in our room (photo here) but last night I got up a couple of times, and she was sleeping on the bath mat in the bathroom, near Hardy. So far she has tried out the soft crate, her own crate, the middle of the kitchen floor, the middle of the living room floor, our bed, the armchair and now the bathroom... Whatever makes her happy!

White dog/ Black dog

Hmmmmm.....since the dogs are inseparable, why did I end up with one white dog and one black dog???

Also included are a picture David took after teaching them to play pull-the-sock. Once they got the hang of it, they played it for a long time yesterday. The lovely black dog photos are from today. I came home and got in the tub with Taylor and turned her sort of white, though Julie's shop will have to do the "real thing" on Thursday.

Taylor, Hardy and Sarge in San Diego

Here are some shots, thanks to John and Claire, of Taylor, Hardy and Sarge in San Diego. Sarge won Best of Breed on Sunday, and John quickly snapped a win shot while the photographer was taking his. The Taylor shots are from her major win, and Hardy won his class Saturday, but not from this shot. He showed well Sunday - much better than Saturday, when he won his class. Everyday is a whole new show day.

Woo hoo! Go, Taylor!

My photographer (David) was home ill so I decided to just watch the action this weekend at the Del Sur shows in Del Mar. My friend and breeder, Kristi, flew out to join me. Good thing, because with David being ill, I'd have had to go all by myself. Kristi was great to room with and is a lovely, wonderful person. Lucky me.

Taylor got her first points, and it was a 4 point major! It was so exciting I was basically numb. I have added the Win Shot from the photographer.

Hardy won his class yesterday, and didn't win today but showed GREAT for Carlos today. We were very proud. Had a nice dinner with Matt, Elka, and Kristi in Del Mar Saturday night. Yummy food, great Margaritas, and wonderful company.

Frisbee

T and H enjoyed playing with a new Frisbee, and generally getting dirty playing all over the backyard. They play so much and so hard, they are either go, go, go - or pooped out in a giant snooze on the floor.
