I've been very lax

Not a lot of exciting things to report, though TT is back out in the show ring, and has done a little winning. Go, TT! Hardy has had a marriage proposal, so we'll see if there are puppies in the New Year. Cross your fingers! He's very excited, of course. Yes, those are my legs in a couple of those photos!

A Relaxing Saturday

Went to a dog show this morning (TT got best of opposite sex to Best of Breed), then enjoyed a quiet afternoon at home. Including a photo of H from earlier in the week, before his bath. He is becoming quite the manly man!

TT's Breed Win

Taylor won Best of Breed last weekend. It was exciting to watch, and boiling hot in Cerritos. 107 degrees! Love it that my friend, Scott Hoover, caught the exact moment when the judge pointed to Taylor!

International Champion, Am Ch. Hardy

Hardy and I went to a show this weekend that could earn him his International Championship to go with his AKC Championship. A very chaotic environment, but Hardy showed well, and earned his Int'l title. Joseph, Carlos's assistant, showed him for me. Carlos took the weekend off, so I "leased" Joseph and we had a blast.

More vacation...

Sorry I've been remiss!

Here are a bunch of recent photos. One of my favorites is of Hardy sleeping under Hugo's legs (Hugo is Molly's boyfriend.) The show shots are from the show in Ventura. Taylor was a good girl. She got 6 more points toward the new Grand Champion title, and now has 12. AKC added the Grand Champion program to get folks to bring out their Champions and show some more. It is fun.

What I Did On My Summer Vacation

I had a fun vacation. First weekend was at as local show in Pasadena. Then on Wed I drove up north with TT, and enjoyed an action-packed 4 day show with good friends, good food, good shows, good times. We didn't win, but it was still fun. Carlos showed her Thu/Fri, and I showed her Sat/Sun. We're having a little problem with I Want my Mommy, so we decided I would show her. I wasn't nervous at all this time, cause I knew she'd know what to do, even if I didn't!!

I couldn't figure out how to get the photos off this slide show, so you'll just have to forward thru the photos. I'm in a whole bunch near the beginning (on hippy-dress-up day at a show called Woofstock in Vallejo), then 4 more shots later in the set in more traditional attire.

Pretty unusual to catch TT snuggling but somehow she knows there is a dog show and wants to show how much nicer it is to just snuggle and snooze... Meadow's just keeping an eye on things.

TT Mother's Day Hooray

I'm a bit behind, I think. TT had a big win last weekend, and won again today. Happy Mother's Day to me :)
