Day 3

We're still heeeeeeeeeeeeere. And still having a blast. Hector got a Group 1 today so I stayed thru Best in Show. It was exciting, even though he didn't get BIS. No one from our Sam team (the various sams we know and love...) won today, but Taylor got a 3rd in Bred By Exhibitor, which was great! Here's a few photos.

Scottsdale Day 2

Another lovely day in Scottsdale. Hardy won his class again, which was great. Ra, ra, ra, Go, Hardy. I enjoyed taking Taylor for a walk. She's fun and happy. Had a nice dinner at a restaurant overlooking the show site; it was a function for the Canine Health Foundation. Here are just a few shots from today.

Day One in Scottsdale - Hooray for Our Team

A big day in Arizona. It is day one of a 5 day show in Scottsdale. Hardy won his class in Sweepstakes. Wonderful Susan Davies, who owns Tug, handled him for us as Carlos had a conflict. She did a wonderful job. Taylor won her class, too, and what a competitive class that was! Holy Moly. Were all very proud of Kristi and Taylor!

In the afternoon, Hardy won his 12-18 month dog class with Carlos. Ra ra ra, Hardy. Then Taylor took 4th in the very competitive Bred by Exhibitor class. Tug won Stud Dog class, and Tug, Maverick and Sarge made the cut in Best of Breed. Our friend Donna's lovely dog Sabre won.

We had a yummy dinner with Susan's Sam Club sponsoring it. There was a live auction and a raffle. I was happy I won something I wanted. I really enjoyed meeting many, many nice people and Gary, the auctioneer, was particularly entertaining! A warm and wonderful day in Scottsdale.

Don't be fooled by those first few photos that you think is Hardy! It is brother Goose! The doggie in the crate is Tug.
